Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order without giving any reason by notifying us in writing (or by e-mail – info@proplussound.com) within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
In the event that you choose to cancel your order and return the goods to us in accordance with this clause, we will refund the price, not including the delivery fee.
Payment
All payments shall be made in £ (GBP). It is your responsibility, paying any of your bank charges in addition to the price.
Delivery
We will dispatch the goods to your credit/debit card address in the United Kingdom during normal business hours within 7 days of the date of the receipt of your Order.
Refund and Return policy
Goods must be received in new condition within 14 days of the date on the invoice. The money will be refunded within 30 days after the goods are received.
